Knockout Promotions, LLC., (KP), and its subsidiaries, have quickly become one of the most successful fightbased promotional companies in the United States. While their main target market is 18-35 males, through smart management and marketing savvy their events have developed a steadily growing, strong following among females, who now account for roughly 30 percent of total attendance. With additional investors now in place, KP plans to fight its way to the top of the fight-based promotions business.

Knockout Promotions has been the forerunner in the growing sport of MMA. Both CCF and XFS fight shows. We put on 12 fights a year at Qwest Arena, in downtown Boise, Idaho.
